The TCK56 series multifunctional CNC lathe features a bed constructed with a box-shaped structure made from high-strength cast iron (HT-300). It utilizes one-piece casting technology, and high-precision machining centers complete the machining in one setup. As a result, it possesses strong overall rigidity, excellent machine accuracy retention, and high reliability.
Bed Structure
The bed adopts a high-rigidity 30-degree slant bed design, which facilitates easy chip removal. It is equipped with a separate coolant tank that completely prevents leaks and is easy to maintain.
Tool Holder
The FCK56 series multifunctional CNC lathe uses a 12-station servo hydraulic tool holder (with an optional powered turret). The tool holders can be interchanged at various positions on the turret. Tool change speed is rapid, with an adjacent tool change time of just 0.25 seconds. The tool holder's rotational repeatability is maintained at 0.003 mm.
